Bulldog Olympics Prove Flexibility and Teamwork Win the Day
What began as a canceled field trip turned into an unforgettable day at the Transition Bulldog Olympics. Students kicked things off with a “Breakfast of Champions,” cooking pancakes, sausage, and eggs before heading to the secondary gym for a Parade of Champions and indoor games. The day continued with pizza from Papa John’s and part of Cool Runnings, followed by outdoor kickball, chalk murals, and an awards ceremony to wrap things up. A big thank you to Mrs. Kretchmer for organizing such a great day. She is doing a fantastic job during her student teaching experience! Shout out as well to the WHS staff who jumped in to help wherever they could, including securing the medals. Flexibility, teamwork, and Bulldog spirit turned the day into a gold-medal memory. Go Bulldogs!
